I. (1) Basic condition; Introduction about the geographic condition and the crude drugs resource advantage of Nanyang,the hometown of Zhang Zhongjing. (2) Guiding direction for investment to exploit traditional Chinese crude drugs; to introduce "the 10 bases of crude drugs","the 8 kinds of crude drugs" and modern pharmaceutical industry of Nanyang. (3) Selected co-operating items; (a) Fine processing and exporting and domistic selling of tablet for decocting and drinking of crude drugs, creating famous brand of Zhongjing crude drugs. (b) According to Zhongjing scientific prescriptions, by modern technology,turn genuine crude drugs in Nanyang into ready-made medicine and selling. (c) Turn crude drugs into health-protectng tea,drinks,health-protecting wine,edible wild herbs and sell.

II.Co-oper ating for abroad diagnosis and treattrament by traditional Chinese medicin experts and pharmaceutic production. In 21st century,health is the common need of mankind. Co-operating by genuine crude grugs and famous medicine experts of Nanyang with foreign hospitals and medicine enterprices, e.g. go a round to feel pulses and give treatments in a quarter of a year,will not only dispell pain for patients,but aiso strengthen international interflow and enlarge the effect of traditional Chinese medicine.

III.Items about counstruct international recovering hospital for deaf and dumb persons by joint venture or co-operation Nanyang recovering center for deaf and dumb persons cured 1040 cases of patients by inserting traditional and new fond acupoints with needles,the efficient ratio became over 90%. To build international recovering hospitals for deaf and aumb persons is beneficial to enlarge their scale, strengthen abroad interflow, and promote acupuncture to serve better to health of mankind. IV.Item about constructing recovering and health-protecting center of Zhang Zhongjing traditional Chinese medicine Now,the ideology of upholding nature and returning to simple and natural life is continuously increasing over the world. It is beneficial for health of mankind and can be developed continuously.

V.Item about co-operating to hold various kinds of training classes Nanyang is the hometown of Zhang Zhongjing, the Medicine Sage.For persons come to Nanyang and join to studying and training of traditional Chinese medicine, can get the real essence of it. Therefore we want to co-operate with abroad and domestic training orgnisations to hold various training classes,e.g. 1-week class,4-week class,by time; acupuncture class,Zhang Zhongjing prescription class, tour health-protection class,by contents; abroad class,domestic class,by address;briefing teaching class, correspondence class, by teaching form; and various other types of classes according to different needs.
